Growing trust and foundation income
The challenge
A homelessness charity in Sheffield, with an income of £650,000, needed support to boost its income from trusts and foundations.
What I did
I reviewed the pipeline, re-engaged funders that had previously supported the charity and identified new trusts aligned with its mission and values. I also developed a three-page core funding proposal and worked on targeted project bids.
The result
Over 15 months, with individual grants ranging from £1,000 to £20,000.
